Steve's Notes
As this site is "under construction" at this time, it's obviously a bit incomplete. So, as I get the time to sit down and work on it (and in some cases learn exactly what it is that I'm doing), it'll be gettin better. So drop back by later and see what kind of changes have been made.
This particular page will likely be dedicated to some of the "pontifications" that I do from time to time. These are basically where I sit down and write about whatever comes to mind (ala Andy Rooney). Or it might even be a monthly thing where I talk about what's happened, and what's about to happen. I really haven't decided yet.
In the meantime, I've got two CDs out. The first one is "Honky Tonk Diary" and the new one is called "el CD" . You'll have to get the old one directly from me at this point (but that'll change soon) , and the new one is available online at www.cdbaby.com/ribnikar.
We're planning a CD release party for it at The Shakespeare Pub in Houston on Sunday August 15th, from 3:00 till 6:00 in the afternoon. It'll cost you $10 if you get it from me. That's less than a dollar a song, and that ain't bad. Come on out if you can. Admission is free. Of course it'll cost you $10 if you want to leave (with a CD).
